what's special about canned salmon from alaska?


You end up with an actual cut of meat instead of the leftover parts. I was shocked when I opened the can of salmon and found a beautiful piece of fish.

We bought the fish and chowder mix at the Hood River Harvest Fest last fall from A&J Fisheries. We have been enjoying the salmon for breakfast with eggs and the chowder for lunch and dinner.
