what did we do on the second day of rosh hashanah?

Climbed a mountain and blew the shofar.
We drove to the Rowena Crest Outlook and climbed the Tom McCall Trail...

located along the Historic Columbia River Highway.
Here we are atop the mountain.
Foster wanted a chance to blow the shofar (or maybe eat it).
Along the way we were able to view the fall colors.


After our hike we went to dinner at our new favorite restaurant Good River in Mosier.



In addition to the delicious food and gorgeous view, they have an amazing garden.
